We offer all inclusive fitness, boot camp and private retreat programs for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. Using the outdoors as our gym, our programs aim to help people reinvigorate both physically and mentally, allowing one adopt a healthier lifestyle, reduce stress, achieve weight loss and feel alive! Vita Vie Retreat has been offering fitness retreats and weight loss programs since 2005 and we look forward to helping many more people become healthier, fitter and happier.
